Patent #20 covers “control of the two-way flow of electrical power between EVs…” And it’s the second one granted to Power Hero in that category.
I'm excited to share insights from our recent discussion with Heather Easton, CEO and founder of SELECT Power Systems, who started her company the same year we launched Power Hero. SELECT Power is a national engineering design firm serving major gas and electric utilities including Southern Company, CPS Energy, and Puget Sound Energy—collectively reaching 16 million customers. With the U.S. grid requiring $2 trillion in investment by 2030 just to maintain reliability, and with 70% of apartment buildings being over 20 years old and unable to support EV charging infrastructure, the alignment between our companies couldn't be more exciting.
