Yesterday, Power Hero Corp signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Co Charger Limited (UK)—a fast-growing platform that enables homeowners to share their private EV chargers with nearby drivers. The MOU outlines a phased process which begins with the appointment of Co Charger as the UK Master Licensee of our Cameo adapter. Subsequent steps are outlined for the full integration of the two companies towards an IPO.
“This partnership with Co Charger validates our core belief: the fastest way to scale EV charging isn’t by building more infrastructure—it’s by unlocking the infrastructure that already exists. With Cameo, we’re turning thousands of private chargers into a connected, reservable network that can scale globally”—Esmond Goei, Founder, Power Hero.
As Co Charger’s CEO, Joel Teague, puts it “Co Charger has already proven that people are willing to share their home EV chargers. By working with Power Hero and integrating the Cameo adapter, we can take that experience to the next level—making every charger smarter, more accessible, and easier to reserve.”
